アドベンチャートラベル - コンテンツ利用規約

１．（コンテンツの利用目的）
本映像及び画像（以下「本コンテンツ」とする。）は、国土交通省北海道運輸局「令和２年度地域の観光資源を活用したプロモーション事業「Adventure Travel HOKKAIDO」（1）映像・画像制作」により制作されています。本コンテンツをダウンロードして利用することは、北海道のアドベンチャートラベルブランドの更なる推進を図る目的に限って認められます。ただし、国土交通省北海道運輸局及び（公社）北海道観光振興機構（以下併せて「当局等」とする。）が本規約により不適切と判断した場合は認められません。

２．（知的財産権）
本コンテンツの著作権は、当局等に帰属します。

３．（本コンテンツの利用が認められる者）
本利用規約に同意する者に限り、本コンテンツの利用が認められます。

４．（非独占的利用許諾）
本コンテンツは原則として非独占的利用許諾です。

５．（禁止事項）
当局等のいずれかが個別に承諾を与えた場合を除き、以下の行為を禁止します。

　　�@ １．に規定する利用目的以外の目的での本コンテンツを利用すること。
　　�A 本利用規約に同意していない第三者に本コンテンツを提供すること。
　　�B 本コンテンツをダウンロード可能な状態にすること。
　　�C 本コンテンツの一切の改変。
　　�D 本コンテンツの転売。
　　�E 本コンテンツに関わる全ての関係者の名誉や信用を毀損する行為。
　　�F 日本国の法令、本コンテンツを使用する各国の法令、条約に違反する行為。

６．（免責事項）
本コンテンツの利用は、利用者の責任において行うものとします。また、当局等は予告なしに本コンテンツの提供をいつでも中断または中止することがあります。当局等は、本コンテンツの提供の中断、停止によって利用者に生じた直接的または間接的な損害、および利用者と第三者との間で生じた紛争について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

７．（不正な利用）
本利用規則に基づき、当局等が不正利用と判断した場合、本コンテンツの今後一切の利用を停止とする場合があります。また、その結果、利用者と第三者との間に発生したあらゆる紛争や損害に、当局等は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

８．（利用規約の改正）
当局等は、利用者に事前に通知することなく、本規約を改正することがあります。本規約を改正した場合は、本サイト上で公示します。

Terms of Use & Disclaimer

1: Purpose of Use
These movies and images (hereinafter referred to as the “contents”) have been created
alongside the Hokkaido District Transport Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism’s FY2020 Project to Promote Local Tourism Resources: “Adventure
Travel HOKKAIDO (1)Video / image production” .The download and use of all contents is
permitted only for the purpose of further promoting the adventure travel brand in Hokkaido.
The Hokkaido District Transport Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and
Tourism along with the Hokkaido Tourism Organization (hereinafter referred to as the
“authorizing body”) reserve the right to reject any use of the contents which may be deemed
inappropriate according to the following “Terms of Use & Disclaimer”.
The download and use of the contents is permitted only for the purpose of further promoting
the adventure travel brand in Hokkaido.

2: Copyright
The copyright of all contents belongs to Hokkaido District Transport Bureau and Hokkaido
Tourism Organization.

3: Permission of Use
All those who agree this “Terms of Use & Disclaimer” are permitted to use the contents.

4: Non-exclusive license
In principle, the contents are Non-exclusive license.

5: Prohibitions
Unless the copyright holder individually gives consent to the user, the following acts are
prohibited:
(1) Using the contents for purposes other than the Purpose of Use specified in paragraph 1;
(2) Providing the contents to a third party who has not given consent to the Rules;
(3)Making contents available for download via a third party provider;
(4) Any of alteration of the contents;
(5) Any of resale of the contents;
(6) Any acts that discredit or otherwise violate the reputation of any relevant parties;
(7) Any acts that violate the laws and regulations of Japan, or the laws, regulations and treaties
of each country that uses the contents.

6: Disclaimer
The contents shall be used at the users' own discretion. The copyright holder may discontinue
or suspend provision of the contents at any time with no prior notice.

7: Unauthorized Use
The authorizing body reserves the right to immediately suspend any unauthorized use of
contents as determined in accordance with these terms of use. The authorizing body shall not
be liable for any dispute or damage that occurs between the user and a third party as a result
of any suspension of service.

8: Amendment
The authorizing body may amend the “Terms of Use & Disclaimer” with no prior notice to
users. When amending the “Terms of Use & Disclaimer”, the authorizing body will issue a
public notice of the amendment on this website.
